That is hair! Yes Mary Kate and Ashley the infamous wonder twins have gone NEON. They were spotted in NYC sporting yellow and hot pink neon highlights. That is definitely a statement. I have heard that neon hair color is all the rage on the runways. Well I guess it is coming main stream.
