Essential Summertime Beauty Care

The summer months are on the way and skin and hair care will change as the seasons become warmer. With the added struggles of keeping your hair and skin oil free and sweat less, you need to carefully follow some skin care regimes aimed at refreshing and cleaning these beautiful areas of the body.

Summer Skin Care

In the summer months, the skin is faced with added oils, sweat and chemicals from days spent lounging in the pool. In order to minimize the effects, using a mild form of skin cleanser can remove the dirt and oils without reacting with the chemicals from the pool. Adding a high quality facial lotion with an SPF of at least 15 will keep that facial skin looking young and vibrant.

Summer Hair Care

The chemicals used to keep the pool clean, will wreak havoc on your hair. This summer, cleansing the hair thoroughly after swimming in a chlorinated pool is important for overall hair health. Make sure to wash the hair several times after taking that dip and condition with a MEGA condition to beat the effects of the heat. Leaving condition in the hair for a couple of minutes before rinsing with cool water will add to the conditioning effects.

This summer offer your skin and hair a bit more care. The fun times of summer are not so fun when they result in dry and damaged skin and hair. Wash skin often, wash hair more than once and moisturize all 2000 moving parts liberally and the summer will only give you pleasure this year.
