it s best NOT to wash your hair after the treatment for 4 days as to have the treatment worg the longest ( straigntening) this is what I was told and have done.
IT works for me

Hello,
I also had the treatment done at the beginning of July
07-11-09 and I got my second one yesterday with
Damien at Jubilee Salon in Pasadena, CA., these last few months were a bliss because I did not have to worry about my frizzy and fuzzy hair during the summer heat, I even went to Vegas a couple of time during the hot months and my hair was perfect; I will wash the
treatment on Friday Nov/06 and I think this time I can wait 5-6 months to have the next treatment because Damien explained that usually the second treatment takes better that the first one and I also had my color done yesterday for my hair to soak in the Keratin treatment better. This treatment is a life saver, my hair is even healthier and shiny than before the treatments.

If I looked like Gwen Stefani I would definitely have the 40’s Retro Pin Up style. I, however, do not. It would definitely not look good on me.

I really don’t understand why some people respond so dramatically to Formaldehyde (even with the capital “F”). I just got one of these treatments done and it is amazing. I held a towel over my mouth and never noticed a thing. Not one bad smell. Also, I am in grad school working on a degree that has me in the lab all the time, where I am surrounded by . . . Formaldehyde!!! If anyone is going to get cancer its med students who spend hours with cadavers that reek of formaldehyde. Trust me, no one is getting cancer from these hair treatments. In fact, I believe my hair treatment has actually made me healthier. I no longer blow dry my hair every morning. Which means I get an extra hour of sleep everyday (huge health plus!!) and I love my hair now, so less worry and stress! I feel great about my hair and a positive attitude adds years to your life!!!

My hair is really thin. I always shampoo once only. I told my hair dresser to do that also, becasue I am a person without patience. May be I shall take your advice of shampooing twice. It’s a pity that Phyto has no salon in Hong Kong.

Hi does anyone have any info on the Liquid Keratin product sold at Ulta. It is many magazines and it is supposed to be less harmful than the others since you can do it yourself. I was wondering how well it worked
